This web application implements a coating/substrate two-flux heat transfer model described in the publication:

This tool simulates the effects of optical absorption and scattering properties on the thermal performance of barrier coatings in high-temperature environments, such as gas turbine engines. It allows users to explore how variations in material properties influence temperature distributions and heat fluxes, aiding in the design and analysis of advanced thermal barrier coating systems.
